Judah's Bible Club is made by Kids Bible Club Academy LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains how the Judah's Bible Club app for iPhone, iPad and Android handles information. It covers the app only; purchases and accounts on judahsbibleclub.com are covered by the website's own terms.

The short version

The app does not collect personal information. There are no accounts, no ads, and no analytics or tracking. What your child enters and earns stays on your device.

What stays on your device

To make lessons work, the app saves the following only on the device it is installed on: the first name and grade your child enters and the picture they pick for their profile; lesson progress, verses mastered, XP, streaks and badges; and settings such as language, Bible translation and sound effects. We never receive this information, and it is not shared with anyone. It is not backed up to our servers because we do not have any for the app.

What the app sends over the internet

The only thing the app sends is an update check to Shorebird, the service we use to deliver small app fixes. That check includes the app's version, the device type (for example, iPhone or Android), and a random install number used to count how many copies of the app are in use. It does not include your child's name, grade, progress, or anything that identifies a person or a device. Bible verses and Judah's voice recordings are built into the app, so reading and listening do not send anything.

Children's privacy

Judah's Bible Club is made for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and the app is built so that it does not collect any. The app has no chat, no sharing, no ads, and no links that lead out of the app.

Deleting your information

Because everything is stored on the device, you can delete it at any time by deleting the app.

Changes to this policy

If we change how the app handles information, we will update this page and the effective date above before the change reaches the app.

How do I change the language or Bible translation?

Open the Me tab and tap the gear icon for Settings.

My child's progress is gone.

Progress is saved only on the device. Deleting the app or switching to a new device starts fresh.

Which Bible translations are included?

The NLT in English and the NTV in Spanish.
